We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

– Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
– Flat rate: $12.95 USD
– Recommended for faster delivery
Free Shipping (EMS)
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). International customers may be responsible for customs fees, which vary by country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Modern Trendy Shoes purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original condition (unworn, undamaged, with tags attached)
- Must include original packaging and receipt/proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Sandals (due to direct foot contact)
- Sneakers & Athletic Shoes (if the hygiene seal has been broken)
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:

- Wait for approval – We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
- Package your item securely in its original packaging with all tags

Note: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll email you about the approval status
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For orders with free shipping, standard shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or color:
- Specify your exchange request when contacting us
- If the new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- For fastest service, consider placing a new order while returning the original
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item:

International Returns
