Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition (unworn, undamaged, with original tags attached)
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Sandals (due to direct foot contact)
- Sneakers & Athletic Shoes (if the hygiene seal has been broken)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package your item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

- Wait for processing – Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. We will process your exchange once we receive the original item. If the replacement item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If it’s of lower value, we will refund the difference.
For fastest service, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want while returning the original item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a free return and send you a replacement at no additional cost.
International Returns
For international customers (outside the U.S.), please note:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency exchange rates
